There are many styles of meditation to choose from. In this free introductory class, you’ll get an overview of our integrated approach to this ancient practice. Our focus is on making your meditation skills applicable to your daily life — both during and after your meditation concludes.
Teachers will walk you through two guided meditations focused on being grounded and centered. You will also do a third meditation that integrates these two tools. Class concludes with Q&A time with teachers.
