Rest your gaze on the gentle flickering flame of the candle and enjoy the soothing ambiance. You’ll soon ease into a world of self-care and serenity, and a sense of warmth and wellbeing. Because everything feels cosy, comforting and calm under the gentle glow of candlelight!
Please note: The meditation will start promptly at 6.30pm. Latecomers will not be admitted after 6.45pm.
