World Premiere of Concert “Souls Never Die”

about this event

“Souls Never Die”—the premiere of a musical journey inspired by Dante’s “Divine Comedy”—is the swan song of Croatian composer and organist Zeljko Marasovich. This musical landmark weaves together pipe organ, Gregorian chants, Mahlerian orchestral textures, and cinematic soundscapes, creating an awe-inspiring tribute to the cycle of life, death, and eternity.

Initially divided into four main sections (Prologue, Inferno, Purgatorio and Paradiso) the composer takes the most dramatic and epic parts of “Divine Comedy” and creates an unconventional, almost cinematic musical vision of it.

“Soul’s Never Die” is Marasovich’s requiem, creating a lasting legacy of the late composer’s ability to fuse the mystical dimension of music with profound reflections on life and the soul’s journey. Marasovich’s alchemical sounds transport the listener to deeper layers of existence – this is the concert you don’t want to miss!

Experience the majestic power of pipe organ, choir, percussions, electronics and a visual tapestry of atmospheric lighting and projections bringing Marasovich’s  vision to life. This is a once-in-a-lifetime performance that connects past, present, and eternity.
