Please join us Friday (1PM ET) over Zoom for a Walking Meditation led by Cassandra Bianco.
Even though we’re all walking in our own environments, it’s really special to share the experience with people from across the globe.
It’s the perfect way to wind-down from the week and transition into the weekend!
What’s a Walking Meditation?
This session feels like a gently-guided relaxation walk. Reconnect to yourself, learning how to swiftly shift from unhelpful thoughts back to a relaxed mental state. You’ll learn science-backed techniques derived from deeply powerful Tibetan meditation practices.
How to prepare
An open mind and an open heart! We advise downloading the (free) Charity Miles app so you can support your favorite charity during the walk 🙂 https://charitymiles.org/
Wearing loose clothing and headphones are recommended.
Who is it for?
For anyone experiencing overwhelm, stress, and anxiety throughout the day. You’ll learn how to reconnect to nature with a clear mind and explore how you want to show up in the world. For anyone who wants to feel like Wonder Woman and break through fear, creative blocks, perfectionism or limiting beliefs!
I hope you can join us. And please feel free to share this invitation with someone special.

She’s completed trauma-informed training with Holistic Life Foundation, a Baltimore-based non-profit replacing school detention centers with meditation programs. In Bali she trained with instructors from Mumbai’s Yoga Institute, the oldest organized yoga center in the world.
