Join me for a 3-week breathwork circle dedicated to creating more peace, calm, and balance as we move through the holiday season. This series will equip you with powerful breathwork and mindfulness tools to release tension, reduce anxiety, and cultivate inner peace—no matter what’s happening around you.

Week 1: Finding Calm in the Chaos
- Focus on calming the nervous system and cultivating inner peace
- Gentle guided breathwork practices and body relaxation techniques designed to release physical and emotional tension
- Learn how to anchor yourself in calm, even in the midst of holiday busyness
Week 2: Navigating Family Dynamics with Ease
- Navigating the emotional and mental challenges that often come with family gatherings and social events
- Practice staying grounded and centered when faced with difficult conversations or stress-inducing family dynamics
- Help build resilience and emotional balance using breathwork & mindfulness techniques
Week 3: Letting Go and Restoring Balance
- Practices to restore your energy and releasing any lingering stress or anxiety
- Release what no longer serves you and return to a state of balance and inner harmony
- Leave feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to approach the holidays with a renewed sense of ease
Each session will include:
- Breathing practices to calm the mind and body
- Mindfulness exercises to manage stress and anxiety
- Gentle body relaxation techniques- may include gentle somatic movement
- Optional sharing circle for emotional release and support
- Take-home practices to use throughout the holiday season
No prior experience needed- event open to everyone. Headphones are recommended to block out external noise. If you purchase a ticket for all 3 events after the series has started, you’ll receive links to the previous sessions.
