Breathwork is an active meditation that clears emotional energy and makes space for new ways of being. Let’s practice shifting outdated beliefs, old patterns, and stuck emotions to rediscover our true nature. Just by breathing, we can reprogram the subconscious and retrain the brain towards freedom from the habitual.
This class will focus on recognizing the root causes of our anxiety, burnout, mood swings, fatigue, and stress in order to release these points of tension. We will explore the deepest states of rest and relaxation to restore balance, and support emotional and physical well-being.
