Description: Join Valerie and Ashley for a special Sound Bath Meditation to welcome the change of season from Winter to Spring!

This class will incorporate the sounds of gongs, singing bowls, rain sticks, chimes and other healing sounds. You will be guided through a meditation that will bring you grounding and light.
