Join yoga and meditation teacher Anne Omland for a 90 minute class to start the new year with intention. Unlike other workshops, this will be experiential. You can expect breathwork, somatic movement, guided visualization and yin yoga along with a tarot card spread and time to journal (if that’s your thing 🙂 

Using simple somatic tools as well as strategic yin yoga asanas, this class is an opportunity to connect to your body, find your center and calm your nervous system.

For parents this is particularly important as it allows for rest and recovery, encourages healing, and a calm mind which prepares us for the challenges of parenthood. But it’s not all rest. A yin practice can be just as strengthening as it is calming, equally challenging as it is relaxing.

Anne Omland is a certified birth and postpartum doula, Hypnobirthing Childbirth Educator, Certified Health Coach, RYT and RPYT, breathwork facilitator, somatics coach and reiki healer. She’s also the founder of Mamakind- a holistic wellness space offering experiences and courses that connect women to their bodies, intuition and magic through a framework of breathwork, meditation, somatic tools, yoga and ritual.
