Join Sound and Theta Healer Lara and Reiki Master Teacher Janell for an intimate Reiki Sound Bath at Kevala Wellness.

You and only six other participants will receive group and hands-on Reiki healing while being surrounded by the healing vibrations of a planetary gong, sound bowls, and various instruments. 

The healing benefits of this Reiki Sound Bath with combined healing may include, but are not limited to relaxation, stress relief, lowering blood pressure, decr

ease anxiety/ depression, release blocks and open chakras, and leave you feeling peaceful and balanced. 

Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for your comfort being mindful of limited space. You may also bring small crystals, photos, or trinket to be placed on a side table to be energetically charged.
