Veza has been growing recently with some new teachers and new class offerings (Pilates, yoga, sound healing) along with an expansion of the studio itself, and we are ready to share it all with the community! This is both a celebration of gratitude for those that have supported the studio over the years, and an opportunity for those who are curious about what we are all about to come together. We will have tasty libations and treats to enjoy from 3-6pm while enjoying time for conversation and connection. Bring a friend, a family member, or anyone who is looking for a place to support them on their journey of health and self exploration. We look forward to meeting you and spending this time together.
Then join us as we travel on vibratory waves of sound to align, harmonize and attune mind, body and spirit. Connect to your inner wisdom, strengthen your immune system and expand your creativity through the harmonic alchemy of crystal singing bowls, tingshas, rattles and more. Wear comfortable clothing, and you are also welcome to bring your own pillows, blankets, mats or anything else that allows you to rest with ease. The Journey will be from 630-8pm with time afterward to connect over tea and snacks. The cost is $40 per person. Space is limited as we are a small studio, so reserve your spot soon!
