EACH MONTH, we’ll tap into the energy of a new month and set the stage for a fulfilling and meaningful month ahead.

This guided meditation is designed to help you connect with your inner wisdom and compass for what’s ahead. We’ll focus on releasing any doubts or fears that may be holding us back, and you will have the opportunity to set intentions and goals for the month to come.

No prior meditation experience is necessary. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to explore your inner landscape. Bring a journal and a pen, and wear comfortable clothes.
