Jubilee! Juneteenth Sound Bath with Latham Thomas

about this event

Join us at The Soft Space by Mama Glow for a sumptuous evening of sacred sound with Mama Glow founder, Latham Thomas, in honor of Juneteenth National Independence Day.

As we commemorate a day symbolic of liberation and the ending of slavery in the United States, we gather to honor the legacy of our ancestors and reclaim rest as a sacred practice. You are invited to slow down, soften, and receive.

Bask in deep relaxation, mindfulness, and ultimate self-care during this immersive meditation and sound bath experience. Allow the resonant vibrations to wash over you, attuning your body to a higher frequency and guiding you into a deeply meditative state. This sonic journey is designed to support effortless repair, restoration, and nervous system renewal.

Come rest. Come restore. Come home to yourself.

Your experience includes a nourishing herbal tonic, served in the apothecary following the sound bath.

Date: Friday, June 19th, 6:30-8:00PM

Location: The Soft Space by Mama Glow – 208 N. 8th street, Brooklyn
