In my experience working with career changers and business owners, most people only have 3-5 non-negotiables when it comes to work: in other words, chances are that there are only a few things you absolutely need to be professionally happy. 

Knowing what those 3-5 things are is crucial to doing work you love.

But – you may ask – can’t you just make a list of what you want and voilà, have your non-negotiables?

In an ideal world, sure…but in my experience – both in my own life and working with clients – the reality is that the mind is often not great at this kind of stuff: it often confuses “should’s” and “nice-to-have’s” with non-negotiables.

Compromise on your career non-negotiables … and prepare to be unhappy.

This is why almost a decade ago I created an activity that I do with all my clients who need clarity – so they can start making choices and explore possibilities from a place of deeper inner knowing. In this workshop, I want to share it with you.

In this interactive workshop, you will be invited to look back at your career and work, and through reflection and group conversations, to gain insights into what you truly need to be happy at work.

This event will take place live online and is INTERACTIVE.

Notes on the recording of this event:

• I will record this event, HOWEVER, as a participant, you will not appear in the final edit. The final edited version of the workshop will only include my prompts and speaking + I might summarize some parts of our discussions that might be helpful to future viewers, omitting personal details in order to maintain confidentiality
• I highly recommend you participate live – there is something special that happens when you engage with the group
• After 1-2 weeks, the edited recording will be available as an on-demand mini course on my website (price will be determined later)
