Crack your heart open. Our heart is our command center. When this is heavy, closed, backward, or bent energy can’t flow in and out in harmony. We can’t receive or give, we cant manifest we choose to shut down completely and give me.

Join me on a journey to connect with your heart.

Clean it out.

Reconnect it to your truth.

And ignite it into your higher self for power, wisdom, and openness.

Clarity is everything.

Come find you. 

I am so excited to hold this space for us to heal, feel and let go of so much we have been carrying for so long. If you know me, you know I like my energy containers sealed and powerful! So if you are called to spend all day with me, by all means, and invite a friend or two that would beneficiate from this incredible group energy; let’s heal and transform together. 

Please Gather!!!
* Comfy clothes
* Laptop or phone for Zoom (don’t forget their chargers)
* Headphones and a quiet space
* Blankets and a comfortable space for you to sit and lay down
* Tea, water and snacks that make you very happy
* Friends: Crystals, palo santo, sage, essential oils a teddy bear 😉
* Recycling paper, and a journal. Pens and a candle.
* Any oracle, angels or tarot cards 🙂
* Make sure you have lunch planned, as in have something ready!
