Community yoga flow followed by meditation on nail boards in the park to relief tension, stress, and mind-chatter.
About this event
First we will have an hour of energizing yoga flow led by Jenya Ustinova to unwind and rejoice. We will begin with a gentle full body warm up, followed by heart and hip openers and some fun with balancing poses. Later on we’ll focus our energy on the feet as we prepare ourselves to be introduced to the wonder of nail boards by Gravity Mind! After yoga we will go over nail boards info and do 10 min breathwork to prepare to use breath as a guide in meditation on nails.
Sadhu nail boards is yogic device originated in India over 2,000 years ago. Our feet and palms have thousands of energy points and nerve endings linked to internal organs and all systems of the body. Standing on nail boards stimulates a release of endorphins, increases blood and lymph circulation, triggering self-healing mechanism and eliminating pain. Beside physical healing, nail boards are an excellent tool for the mind: training the brain to respond to any life stress with calm focus and release emotional blockages.

WORKSHOP INCLUDES:
- 1hour yoga to warmup the body
- 10 min info and instructions about nail boards
- 10 min breath of fire to focus the mind
- up to 15 min guided meditation on nail boards (in pair or solo)

WHAT TO BRING:
- layered, comfortable yoga clothing (body temperature can fluctuate during yoga flow and standing on nails)
- yoga mat
- water bottle
- socks to stand on nails
- open & curious mind
This is outdoor mask optional class. The practice is not recommendedfor people with: pregnancy, currently on period, wounds and cuts on feet, epilepsy, heart conditions.
