YDM Yoga: Sacred Sunday Sattva Journey

about this event

Sacred Sunday practices are meant for a time of spiritual growth, tuning inward and communing with your highest Self.

Sattva Yoga is a holistic, integrative, and deeply transformative practice. It is both ancient and modern rooted in Vedantic and Tantric traditions of the Himalayas. These journeys incorporate meditation, breathwork, techniques from Kundalini and Kriya Yoga traditions, deepening connection + devotion through Laya, Bhakti + Sufi practices, the healing power of sound, free movement, and hatha yoga asanas.

These classes are all about opening the mind and heart to the sheer brilliance of life. They are about being fierce and fearless while being completely vulnerable and present to bliss. Sattva’s teachings are a practice of radical trust and unconditional love. They are the experience of both stillness and movement. They are liberation and freedom on every level of existence. They are the deep knowing that while we exist in time, we belong to eternity. We recognize that we are the path and the path is us.

Yashoda Devi Ma has been teaching Sattva Yoga since 2011.
