The root cause? Our own learned self animosity messes up our sexual communication. The other feels it, even though nothing is said. Sexual reservations lead to rifts in relationships – it interferes with intimacy, & can lead to eventual break down or break up.

People think spirituality has nothing to do with sex. Sexual energy begins in the 3rd eye. Imbalanced, we experience sensuality and sexuality with fear, frigidity, lack of intimacy and it’s all just no fun. This is an excellent time to dive deep & deeply heal.
