Description: Join Valerie and Ashley for a special Sound Bath Meditation to welcome the change of season from Fall to Winter.

This class will incorporate the sounds of gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, rain sticks and other healing sounds.  You will be guided through a meditation that will bring you grounding and warmth.
