Develop a practice that will help forge a healthy relationship to stress through breath and mindset. Connecting breath while working with hot and cold exposure allows the body to relax in stress and release hormones that help with the recovery process.

You will have the opportunity to utilize the practice in your everyday life by understanding how breathing can affect and influence the nervous system.
In this session, participants will have the opportunity to learn breathing techniques for stress, performance, and recovery that will help improve all facets of their lives. These protocols will be put into practice during guided cold exposure. The training will be accessible for all experience levels and the cold exposure is optional.

- Performance-based breathing for athletes and exercise/recovery
