IMPORTANT NOTE:

Must have attended an Intro Talk in order to enroll. 

  • Held in-person and with limited availability via Zoom        
    • Please keep in mind that learning in-person is always the preference. This new online offering is ideally for those who are non-local, immune-compromised, or absolutely unable to attend in person.    
    • If you live locally to Boulder please make an effort to at least attend in person on the first day (the day where you receive your mantra).         
  • You must attend all 4 sessions  
    • each session runs approximately 2 hrs
