Join us on Thursday, May 11 from 6-8pm on the patio at The Gramercy in Yorktown for our Spring networking mixer and fundraiser for Lupus Awareness Month!
Make new connections and reconnect with those you haven’t seen in person for a while. Take in the wonderful ambiance of The Gramercy, taste one (or two!) of their delicious original cocktails, and order something fabulous off their menu.
Invite a friend or colleague and let’s get together in support of our local leaders, entrepreneurs, and business owners. This event will be held outdoors on the patio weather permitting. There is no cost to attend.
Partners for this event include The Greater Ossining Chamber of Commerce, The Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber of Commerce, and ENU Builds.
This networking mixer is also a fundraiser for lupus awareness and research.
Lupus is a chronic disease that has no cure. It’s an autoimmune disease, which means that your immune system — that usually fights infections — attacks healthy tissue instead. Anyone can develop lupus, but it is most prevalent in women and people of color. Lupus commonly affects the skin, joints, and internal organs like kidneys and lungs, but it can cause inflammation and pain in any part of your body. Since it can affect patients in many different ways, it is usually hard to diagnose and hard to treat.
TO DONATE: Donations of any amount are appreciated but not required. Proceeds support the Lupus Research Alliance (LRA). Donations can be made directly to the LRA through our fundraising page: https://give.lupusresearch.org/team/497156
