A Queer, Trans, Intersex, and Non-Binary Black, Indigenous, and People of Color centered yoga retreat at the beautiful Peace Retreat Center located in Playa Negra, Costa Rica. 

This retreat will combine the relaxing atmosphere of a spa center with the powerful medicine of indigenous shaman led ceremony. Nestled in the gorgeous Costa Rican jungle, this space provides a wonderful location for transformative healing experiences.

About us as teachers: Cai is an afro-indigenous yoga teacher and community organizer that brings a beautiful positive energy to each class, and teaches from the lineage of Baptise yoga, which teaches power and possibility. Meesha is indigenous to the Kashmiri Shaivite Nath and Vedanta practices of yoga, and brings a passion for teaching yoga as a holistic way of life. We have intentionally chosen to partner on this project with the land, its original stewards, and the roots of yoga in our hearts ❤️
