Soothe + Refresh – an elevated yoga experience

about this event

The Wavvy Cloud + Intuitive Artists present Soothe + Refresh – a cannabis, community and wellness experience. Join us Sunday, June 4th at 3:45pm in Frogtown for cannabis assisted parts work, yoga and dance party. No yoga experience required and cannabis consumption is always optional.

This is for you if:

  • You are curious about yoga, cannabis or parts work.
  • You experience pain, tightness or disconnection from your body.
  • You often feel overwhelmed, anxious or burnt out.

What to expect?

For those of us who are highly sensitive, our nervous systems often feel battered by a barrage of stimulation that brings a frequent experience of overwhelm, destabilization, and a need for isolation, grounding, and restoration.

Finding ways to have fun and unwind within community is essential.

Join us for a delightful and liberating experience of GETTING CURIOUS. Gain powerful tools to gently befriend critical, numbing, or rebellious parts of our personalities. Relieve physical pain, tightness and stress through deep stretching and restorative movement.

The session includes:

  • Guided cannabis consumption
  • Group discussion
  • All levels restorative yoga
  • Curated music by DJs
  • Dance party
