Join in a women’s gathering focusing on self-love led by cacao, movement, and creativity empowering your divine goddess energy within.
WHAT: This day retreat is a 4-hour gathering for women. The purpose of this potent gathering is to embrace the healing power of sisterhood, be seen and connect to each other in a safe and supportive space to share our stories, true heart, scars, triumphs, and experiences as women.
We will use cacao to connect with our inner selves and open our hearts. Take a descent into the underworld and explore our shadow selves to release any blocks or limiting beliefs. Embrace our imperfections and return to our oneness with self-love through the ritual and art of Kintsugi Wabi Sabi.

Theme: 🐍 Dark Feminine Reclamation: Exploring your unseen shadows
Together, we will cross the threshold and descend into the underworld and experience the void to get intimate with our shadows – the repressed parts of ourselves that we learned were unacceptable through society or immediate people in our lives. Through an integrative healing journey you will reckon your demons and shed light on the parts feeding your inner critic to return to your wholeness and oneness through self-love.

The retreat includes:
Cacao Circle and Movement
Cacao is a sacred plant medicine that was used by Mayans and the Aztecs for thousands of years for ceremonial and medicinal purposes, it was known as a gift from the gods. It’s a plant ally, a teacher, a guide. Through guided visual meditation, sister circle sharing, and movement, you will leave feeling open-hearted, grounded, energized, and connected to your inner divinity.
Shadow Work Healing
This workshop will invite you to explore your dark feminine energy and transmute your shadows and shame into self-acceptance, love, and compassion. Bring your darkness to light and it will no longer be something you hide. Get intimate and share your truth to transcend your patterns and conquer your old narratives. Through reflective journal prompts and exercises, you learn to embrace your imperfections and release your shame. The repressed parts of you no longer become something you want to hide from others, but your portal and crown unveiling the divine goddess within.
Kintsugi Wabi Sabi workshop
In this Wabi Sabi Kintsugi Workshop, led by Ryley Gaulocher of Stone Gold Pottery, we will define what wabi-sabi means both in literal definition and to ourselves. We will discuss the philosophy of wabi-sabi and how it ties to our shadow selves, that all things are imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete.
We will practice a modified version of kintsugi, where we will break a ceramic piece supplied by the workshop and repair it with imitation gold. By doing this, we not only accept the broken quality – our shadow self- of the piece but also celebrate it. And make the piece more meaningful by doing so. When we find the boundless beauty in our imperfections and celebrate those qualities, we can relinquish control and exist more in the present embodying and recognizing our inner goddess.
Integration, Connection, & Light Bites
We will wrap up our mini-retreat in a sacred sister circle. This is an opportunity for deeper connection and reflection inward with ourselves and with those on a similar journey. We will practice in a ritual to release what no longer serves us and set our intentions
