Ritual and Reflection: A Workshop for Balance, Joy, and Intention

about this event

Join us for an evening of yoga, journaling, discussion, and connection as we set intentions for this Spring.

Co-facilitators Persis Singh and Lisa Cifuentes will lead a workshop celebrating the potent energy of Spring— a time of shedding and emergence. We will gather together to honor this period of renewal and transition; set intentions for the seeds we are planting this season; channel energies of creativity and potential; and explore holistic techniques to cultivate balance, vitality, and joy.

This workshop will include guided meditation and breathwork; space for personal reflection through journaling; and opportunities for collective discussion, storytelling, and ritual. We will conclude the session with a grounding and clearing yoga flow. Above all, we will co-create a supportive space of community and connection as we transition to this season of growth, clarity, and light.

During our time together, we will:

  • Practice yoga, meditation, and pranayama – for all levels
  • Engage in journaling and personal reflection
  • Set intentions for the transition into Spring
  • Connect with a partner to share your observations
  • Participate in group sharing and discussion
  • Contribute to the creation of a collective altar
  • Learn holistic techniques for self-care, detoxification, and balance
  • Be part of a supportive community

Wear comfortable clothes you can practice yoga in. Mats and props are provided.

Please bring:

  • Water bottle
  • Journal and pen
  • A meaningful item for our collective altar (crystal, photo, sacred memento…)
