Intuitive Writing + Sound Bath Experience with Nic and Karen

about this event

What we’ll do:

Inspiration

Your body is a vessel of your lived experience.

Learn ways to activate body memory and access your intuitive writing voice through movement, sound and guided visioning.

Exploration

Guided, timed creative writing prompts are designed to help you tap into your authentic voice and discover fresh ways to approach your writing, wherever you are in your writing journey. Different prompts are offered each time to inspire new discoveries.

You’re invited to share what you write to receive supportive reflection and feedback.

Integration

After your writing exploration, rest and receive the healing benefits of a Sound Bath meditation. This time is for you to relax and assimilate your discoveries, and to inspire you going forward.

Afterward, there will be tea and time for sharing reflections.
