Weekly class led by Natalie Imrisek, MSPT, CSCS founder of Framework Physical Therapy and Dance Medicine. Class is designed to help you unwind your nervous system and tap into a deeper mind-body connection. Natalie will guide you through meditation and breathwork, then dive into functional movement flows all helping you to strengthen and rebuild healthy movement patterns in your body. All levels welcome. Restorative yoga uses props and long hold times to open the body in a passive way. This is an excellent method to get your muscles to relax.
