Learn Reiki I with me in the beautiful Lower Hudson Valley just outside NYC. In addition to learning traditional Reiki I, I will teach you how to tune-in to your intuition and guide you on your journey to healing yourself.

Reiki is a spiritual healing art with its roots in Japanese origin. Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means Universal Life and (Ki) which means energy. Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch to activate the natural healing process of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

DURING REIKI I, YOU WILL LEARN:

• The Reiki History and Ascended Masters.
• The Reiki Principles.
• The traditional hand placements for healing yourself and others.
• Learning about the chakras and energy.
• How to tune-in to your intuition.

After completing Reiki I, you will receive Reiki attunements, learn more about yourself and your energy.
