Join Katrina, Tankut, and Elise for an 8 day yoga immersion in Costa Rica to dive deep within, reconnect with the natural world, and rediscover your most natural state – loving awareness.

Our retreat at Rayos Del Sol will hold space for you to relax, refresh, cleanse the lens of your perception, and awaken to the power of the infinite present moment.

Over the course of 8 days, we’ll co-create a loving and non-judgmental community that facilitates personal growth and expansion.

This retreat will offer you the tools, guidance, and support you need to begin to move beyond the limitations of your own mind. This retreat will hold space for you to see, feel, and experience yourself and your life in an entirely new way.

We’ll spend our retreat days working with abundant healing practices and sacred rituals that support physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual growth. Twice daily practices (morning + evening) will guide you to develop daily rituals and habits that support your long-term wellness, vitality, and happiness.

Yoga asana (vinyasa, yin and/or restorative), meditation, pranayama, sacred rituals, philosophy chats, and guided self-reflection journaling will help you feel more connected, inspired, and present in the moment.

Katrina’s experience as a mindset coach will offer powerful insights about how the mind works, while offering tools to help you build self-awareness and train your mind to support your happiness and personal evolution.

Mindset & philosophy will be interwoven into our daily yoga sessions and will offer you the tools and guidance to:

THE RETREAT PROPERTY • WELCOME TO RAYOS DEL SOL

Rayos Del Sol is a an intentional community centered on wellness and healing through nature. We are located 10km north of Nosara in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica, one of the world’s 5 blue zones.

Encompassing more than 50 acres, our property is a mix of wild jungle and manicured tropical getaway.

Situated on top of a hill, there are panoramic ocean views and cool breezes. The grand layout creates opportunities to explore unknown territory, discover new activities, and create unique experiences.

The grounds include an outdoor gym, yoga shala, obstacle course, fire pit, trails through the jungle and to the beach, pool, restaurant, and a lush event space overlooking it all.

The common areas and homes are WiFi-enabled with high-speed fiber optic connection and include our restaurant, bar and lounge, meeting areas, pristine pool, and sunset viewing deck. Meals are offered daily with breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared by our private chef.
