• We’ll discuss how this work is practical: how humans have used these tools to survive and thrive through times of great change (hello!) for as long as we can remember.
• We’ll learn how we can use energy medicine for physical, emotional, and mental support during transitional times, and how to offer healing and support to others.
• We’ll play with how energy tools and awareness can be used to navigate group dynamics… ESPECIALLY in our new virtual contexts.
• We’ll learn how to tap into and navigate the deepest energetic wisdom of our personal and collective challenges, and how to find the poetry and mysticism in even the most mundane and heartbreaking experiences.
