NUDE YOGA FAQ
Q: Do I have to be naked for the yoga class? A: After the clothes-free orientation, nudity is optional during the yoga class. You’re welcome to wear as little or as much as you like. You may wish to begin the class clothed, and then decide how much you’re comfortable removing once you adjust. If you choose to swim or soak in the pools after class, please keep in mind that nudity is required in the pool area.
Q: Is naked yoga sanitary?A: Nudist etiquette requires everyone to sit on a personal item such as a towel. Your intimate parts will never be in direct contact with the yoga mat.
Q: Will photos be allowed?A: No, your privacy is very important, and photos are not allowed at Glen Eden.
Q: Can I watch the class?A: No, the class area is limited to participants only.
