“Nature as Muse”
We’re all familiar with being told to “Go outside and play” but what about
“Go outdoors and make stuff?” In this workshop we’ll explore our connection
with the natural world and its role in the creative process.
In a setting by The Unlikely Florist designed to inspire, AllSwell founder Laura Rubin
will lead us through accessible writing-based exercises
to kick-start or enhance a regular journaling practice. Conscious creative Lex Weinstein will lead us through eco-psychology meditations to ground and support the experience.

Celebrating the healing power of the ocean, this evening is in support of the locally based non-profit A Walk On Water, which provides Surf Therapy to children with special needs or disabilities
