The Essence Of Our Mountain Retreat: Recharge In Nature’s Embrace.
Our wellness approach to recharging our bodies includes nutritious, organic chef-prepared meals, movement, community, and relaxation. Allowing the grounding effects of being cradled in nature by lush green pine trees, sitting by a warm bonfire, or relaxing in the rejuvenating hot tub to deepen your connection with Mother Nature, all Living Things, and ultimately Your Higher Self.
You will experience a profound spiritual resetting as you liberate yourself from the “have to’s” of everyday life and the pre-programmed conditioning that is not in alignment with your heart’s desires. You will have the opportunity to nourish your body and soul with daily yoga, meditation, and journaling practices amidst the tranquil beauty of nature. You will have time for introspection to explore your inner self and reflect on what you hear from the quiet whisper of our soul.
Taking the time to relax, recharge, and connect with like-minded conscious women we will have a Heart Opening Ceremony with Cacao. There will also be frequency healing through sound, breath, and movement, grounding yourself in the healing energies of the Earth.

The organic menu served is designed to provide a seasonal farm-to-table assortment of immune-boosting, risk-reducing, lucid dreaming-inducing, and clean eating foods. The three days of retreat will be a good start to a pattern interrupt and a desire to create healthy habits. The practice of Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, and meditation is designed for any body type or age. It is gently restorative, increases flexibility, vitality, and may be a new approach to moving that feels good and honors your body’s natural rhythm. Any activity is an invitation to move your body as you feel comfortable. There are always modifications for any limitations you may have.
