Mother’s Day Yin Yoga Flow

about this event

Online Yin Yoga with Nita presents a special yin yoga class designed to support moms and caregivers with gentle movement, mindful breath, and contemplative journaling.

This 90-minute practice will focus on long-held postures that target the heart. We’ll also integrate loving-kindness meditation and writing prompts to notice, reflect, and let go.

Whether you’re a seasoned or a beginner yogi, this class will offer a safe and supportive space just for you. An opportunity to breathe, unwind, connect with your body, and tend to your heart.

Experience the healing power of yin yoga and cultivate a deeper sense of love and compassion for yourself so you can keep caring for those you love!

✨WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR?✨

Although this class is designed for caregivers (whether you care for children, family members, furry babies, etc.), EVERYONE is welcome.

You don’t need any yoga experience. I’ll provide variations and prop suggestions to make the poses accessible. If any pose doesn’t feel right, you can always modify or skip it. If you are pregnant, be mindful not to go as deep and avoid long holds.

✨WHAT SHOULD I BRING?✨

-Yoga mat or a comfortable surface (most, if not all, of the poses will be on the ground)

-Water

-Props: yoga blocks, bolsters, and straps might be helpful. No props? No problem! Grab some cushions or pillows, a blanket/towel you can roll like a bolster, thick books you can stack as blocks, etc.

-Pen and paper/notebook/journal

-Cozy items are also encouraged! (hot tea, blanket, comfy socks, etc.).

✨HOW MUCH IS THE CLASS?✨

This class follows a ‘pay what you can’ format, so no specific cost is involved. You are welcome to leave a donation at buymeacoffee.com/nitadiaz at any time to support my teaching, but it’s not mandatory.

✨CAN I SHARE THIS LINK WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS?✨

Absolutely! This is a fantastic gift for all the caregivers in your life.
