This Mother’s Day, step into a space of intention, connection, and mindful movement. Mama Glow and Good Day Pilates invite you to a soulful morning devoted to honoring mothers, caregivers, and the profound, often unseen work of nurturing—both for those you love and for yourself.

We’ll begin by arriving in the body through a grounding, all-levels Pilates session led by Good Day Pilates master instructor, Maggie Ludwig. This is an invitation to gently reconnect with your strength, your breath, and your center. Whether you’re expecting, newly postpartum, or simply seeking mindful movement, this experience is thoughtfully designed to support you at every stage, with modifications that meet you exactly where you are.

From there, transition into deep restoration with a calming sound bath guided by Mama Glow founder Latham Thomas. Through immersive sound and vibration, you’ll be held in a space of rest and renewal—an opportunity to soften, release, and receive.

Throughout the morning, enjoy ear seeding offerings by WTHN, a subtle yet powerful practice rooted in holistic wellness, designed to support your nervous system and promote balance from within. Afterward, linger in community as you enjoy nourishing refreshments provided by our partners.
