The Mindful Sex series of workshops offer you an introduction to the transformative power of mindful sexuality, taught by Holistic Pleasure Coach and Sex Educator Andrea Devon Bertoli. This delicious 90-minute workshop will help you explore sex in new ways to help you expand your relationship with self and others. Whether you’re single or partnered or poly, you will take home skills that you can put into practice immediately. This is class is open to everyone: I’m queer/kink/trans/polyam/ENM friendly + positive 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️  

In our February workshop—the first of 2025—we’ll dive deeper into the Erotic Within. This has been my most popular workshop of the past year, and I invite you in to explore this deep and rich topic again (or for the first time). This reworked agenda will explore the following topics:

• Learn how erotic energy is LIFE FORCE energy within all of us, all the time… and how you can drop in. 
• Learn how the Erotic Thread connects your sexual experiences, and how the next time you have sex starts… right now.  
• Self-responsibility and desire: be a good steward of your own sexual energy.
• A sensual, solo guided practice to help you drop in to your deepest expression.

This is a sensual class, so please give yourself time, space, and privacy to explore. For this workshop I will keep my clothes on for our practice, but with cameras off you’re welcome to explore your own body and expression.

Hi, I’m Andrea! I am a Pleasure Coach and Sex Educator that blends the spiritual & scientific to help you experience deeper pleasure and sensual connection with self and other. In my holistic approach to sexual wellness, I use tools from Tantra, mindfulness, and yoga to help people find new ways of relating to their own body and others, and help people rethink sex and pleasure. I am certified as a practitioner of Urban Tantra, a certified Sex Educator, and has a Master’s degree in Gender Studies from University of Hawaii at Manoa. I’m a bisexual, kinky tantrika and queer/kink/trans/polyam/ENM friendly + positive! Everybody is welcome here 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
