The Mindful Sex series of classes offer you an introduction to the transformative power of mindful sexuality, taught by Holistic Pleasure Coach and Sex Educator Andrea Devon Bertoli. This delicious 60-minute workshop will help you explore sex in new ways to help you expand your relationship with self and others. Whether you’re single or partnered, you will take home skills that you can put into practice immediately. In our June workshop, we’ll dive deeper into the delicious possibilities of MULTIPLE ORGASMS for all bodies.

• The anatomy and physiology of orgasm
• What’s holding us back (physical, emotional, mental considerations)
• How many types of orgasms can you explore? We’re talking energetic, cervical, g-spot/a-spot/p-spot), crygasms, and more! 
• For people with penises: how to cultivate, build, and hold yourself in high states of arousal to build your orgasmic potential. Learn how to separate orgasm and ejaculation 💦 (yes, it’s true)
• For people with vulvas: new ways to explore your clitoral complex and all the yummy spots of the vulva, and learn about toys and practices that can expand your orgasmic potential in your whole body.
• This is a PG-13 rated class: the lecture is going to be VERY EXPLICIT but there’s no nudity from teacher nor participants. I will be using puppets to demonstrate genital anatomy.

Hi, I’m Andrea! I am a Pleasure Coach and Sex Educator that blends the spiritual & scientific to help you experience deeper pleasure and sensual connection with self and other. In my holistic approach to sexual wellness, I use tools from Tantra, mindfulness, and yoga to help people find new ways of relating to their own body and others, and help people rethink sex and pleasure. I am certified as a practitioner of Urban Tantra, a Certified Sex Educator, and have a Master’s degree in Gender Studies from University of Hawaii at Manoa.
