Hello and welcome to a space of healing, recharging, self-awareness, and soulful practices rooted in the traditions of Kundalini yoga.
This is a series of 7 classes (morning and evening) to detox the mind and body using breath and meditation to bring the mind into the present moment, sharpen it, raise self-awareness, clean mental clutter (negative thoughts and patterns, limiting beliefs, and worries), release stress, pent-up emotions as well as replenishing our system, our body with vitality, build strong nervous and endocrine systems, and gradually increase intuition to open up to new opportunities around us.

Morning (1 hour to 1 .5 hours practice, 8-9:30 am):

Evening (30 min practice, 7-8pm):
