Ananas Ananas is an art studio founded by Verónica González and Elena Petrossian. They create temporary food artwork, designing food experiences and sculptures around the act of eating.

This dining experience will introduce natural elements as tools that connect us with the earth and acknowledge where our food comes from. This will be showcased and designed as a seated and edible installation. 

Each Mexico City chef will collaborate with Ananas Ananas to bring their interpretation to what it means to deconstruct the fine dining norm, connect with and become one with the food you eat. 

The dinner will take place in Los Angeles, CA. Inside what was previously a Buddhist temple, now known as Mystic Dharma. The building was cleared out many years ago but the architecture and original hand paintings still remain.

5 courses + pairing. Seatings available at 5:00pm and 9:00pm.
