Meditation Reset

This class meets every Thursday for 15-20 minutes on zoom.  You can join us one time, or every week.

These active, guided meditations will help you soothe the tenseness of your body, the worry of your mind, and the agitation in your heart.  We’ll use tools to clear energy that isn’t serving you to make space for what you want more of.  If you’ve never tried it, join us – you can’t do it wrong.  If you’re a pro, join us – it is different every time! If you are ready to get reconnected to a version of you that somehow feels more like you, take a step with this class. More peace, generosity, and joy await you.

Start zoom and find your breath, you’ll be amazed how wonderful stillness can feel.
