You are invited to join us for an exclusive day retreat taking place on 18 acres of luscious landscape surrounded by nature and horses in Hudson Valley, NY.

Immerse yourself in a transformative Yoga Sound Bath Journey with Sacred Ember. Through carefully selected instruments and melodic frequencies, the soothing waves of sound will wash over you. Paired with a carefully designed Yin Yoga sequence, dissolve energetic blockages and harmonize your being. This is a sanctuary where the resonance of sound melds with the inner ember of your spirit, sparking a symphony of healing, balance, and restoration.

Next, explore the property, interact with horses and learn about their healing qualities with Kelly Anne Taylor, farm owner and an experienced equestrian.

We will close out with a Guided breathing practice to balance the mind and body followed by journaling prompts to reflect and integrate your experience led by breast cancer advocate, retreat leader and host, Lynn Reublinger.

This event is open to all cancer survivors, thrivers, previvors, caregivers and friends.

Refreshments and snacks will be provided. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, journal, a pen, water bottle and any other props needed for yoga. Dress in comfortable clothes and bring extra layers. Rides will be available from the Beacon, NY train station upon request.
