Kundalini to Connect from the Heart ~ Moving with Grace

about this event

A Kundalini Yoga & Arts Workshop with Kristi Williamson

With the aim to open our hearts to LOVE and move with Grace, we’ll explore Kundalini yoga, meditation, dance and movement based expressive arts. A ritual of cacao, live music invocation, deep practice and somatic exploration will support you in opening pathways for more freedom and joy in our capacity to relate and express from the heart. This journey will be held in a safe container for you to release old patterns and explore new possibilities within. Kristi’s disciplined, open-hearted and playful teaching style inspires students to awaken their intuitive body wisdom and connection to soul.
