Holosomatic Breathwork for Opening the Heart (Online via Zoom)
Join us online for a deep breathwork journey designed to soften the armor around the heart and reconnect you with your inner wisdom. In this 2-hour session, you’ll be guided through Holosomatic Breathwork—a trauma-informed, somatically anchored practice that uses conscious connected breathing to release tension, process emotion, and open space for deeper clarity, compassion, and connection. We will begin with a few somatic exercises to open up the body prior to diving into the full breathwork experience.
Whether you’re feeling guarded, tender, or simply ready to return to yourself, this is a gentle yet powerful opportunity to breathe into what’s ready to move.
