I often wished I could meet once a week with a small group where I could feel comfortable sharing while also listening and learning from others. A group where everyone is doing their thing, and we are also connecting – but without any expectations.
A group focused on moving forward, with a balance of practical and deep coaching.And a group with members who have different types of businesses – why staying in your bubble when you can learn from so many different people!
But … to me a year-long program is way too long. I like sprints: come together for a short amount of time, focus, take a break, and – if it feels right – join again.
And I like to keep it simple: we often try to do way too much. One of my super powers is helping my clients focus on a few things they can do that will have impact in their business growth, streamlining and focusing their energy and resources.
In the past, I participated in programs I liked, but I never quite found one exactly like what I had in mind…so this year I am creating it myself.

Format
You and your fellow participants will take turn sharing what you are working on, what you are accomplishing, and what you are stuck on.There will be opportunities to share resources and ideas, and to learn about each other.
Each meeting I will also coach one or more participants and record live a short segment on one of the topics that naturally emerge from our work together.
Who this is for
This group is for anyone who has their own business, whether a solopreneur or running a small business with up to 14 employees.My clients are usually running a service-based business, value authenticity and doing work they love, tend towards taking action, and want to grow in alignment with their values and vision.

- The group will be limited to 6-14 participants
- We will meet live and online for 6 consecutive Wednesdays 10-11:30 am Pacific Time (1-2:30 pm Eastern; 12-1:30 pm Central)
- The pilot program begins on April 23rd and ends on May 28th
- Each meeting will include a short teaching moment I will record live
- The rest of the group meeting will not be recorded
It’s a Pilot Program
This is the very first time I am hosting this program, so some things might not run as smoothly as my usual programs. Or they just might!In any case, the advantages of joining the pilot program is that your feedback has a much bigger impact on the program, and you save because I always start new programs at lower prices 🙂

FAQ
How much experience should I have in my business to join?You can be at any level of experience, with a caveat: this group program assumes you already have some goals for your business and are ready to get into action. Everyone will set their own goals and actions for the week – and can ask for input from the group and from me.
Will you be telling me what to do?No, but the group program is structured so you can ask for ideas and support from me and from your fellow group participants. Each week I will also coach and teach, which might help you clarify what you want to do next.
