In this workshop we’ll learn about what flower essences are and how to work with them.
Flower Essence medicine is made with the energetic properties of flowers. Each person will leave with a custom flower essence blend they select themselves, with a particular emphasis on flower essences that can help us harness the new growth energy of Spring.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Rebekah Sze-Tung Olstad is passionate about building relationships and connections with nature in all forms. She is a clinical herbalist who graduated from the Cecemmana program at Ancestral Apothecary in 2018. Bekah has worked at organizations advocating for human rights and environmental protections for the past decade. Through her herbal practice, Red Autumn Apothecary, Bekah offers one-on-one support through herbal consultations, teaches classes, and offers herbal remedies.
