FIRE AND WISDOM
Join us for three weeks of ongoing Tibetan Buddhist training in a live, interactive retreat guided by Tibetan Buddhism lineage holder Drupon Chongwol-la. Chongwol-la is the drupon, or ‘retreat leader’ for Lama Glenn Mullin, who is both an acclaimed Tibetologist as well as a student and translator for His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Join this vibrant lineage and learn the fundamental practices of the Tibetan tantric yoga tradition straight from the source. This retreat will focus specifically on cultivating the power and wisdom that come with Tibetan Buddhist mantra, meditation, and visualization practices.
Come for the entire three weeks, a week, or just a few days. After you leave, join our daily practice sessions over Zoom once you’re home! There will be an orientation offered to anybody who wants to come mid-way through.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The retreat takes place in our gorgeous redwood barn. Meditation cushions are provided and if you need to sit in a chair we will set one up for you.
For mantra practice, mala beads are recommended but not essential. They can be purchased in many stores. Feel free to bring a journal for note taking.
There will be several fire pujas throughout the retreat. A fire puja is a traditional ceremony that fulfills wishes, removes obstacles, improves health, and increases merit and wealth.
The daily sessions build on themselves, so intend on attending all classes. We will be going through both Vajrayogini and Yamantaka practices. Orientation will be provided.
