11AM – 11:20AM ✧ Welcome & Meditation
- Participants will be welcomed, and we will begin the workshop with setting intentions and a grounding meditation.
11:20AM – 11:45AM ✧ Why Our Sacred Sensual Fullness is Essential Now
- Alexandra will give an introductory talk about why we can’t hide anymore, play by the old rules of what is right or wrong for women, stop being ashamed to be freaky and wild and weird, and also claim our innate sacred priestess nature. She will also dive into why it is imperative to the health of ourselves and the future of the planet.

11:50AM – 12:20PM ✧ Embodied Full Feminine Practice
- We will work through Alexandra’s signature practice which thousands of women have done to claim their full selves. We will use breath, sound, movement, and writing in a ritual of opening to the parts of ourselves we have hidden from or have considered taboo and that need our love.
12:20PM – 12:50PM ✧ Storytelling
- We will open up to share our writing post-practice and have participants speak and share together in a supportive community.

ABOUT ALEXANDRA ROXO
Alexandra Roxo is an author, mentor, director, actress, speaker and wild woman. She has been on a mission to understand humanity and why things are so crazy since she was a little girl. (#Stillworkingonit!)
