Description: Family fun yoga will be jam packed with kid friendly yoga, breathing techniques, meditation, and mindful activities! Expect to get a little silly with your child, but also walk away with various tools for nervous system regulation. Please bring yoga mats, water, layers and whatever you need to be comfortable outside. All ages welcome!
