The Embodied Community is a sacred space for Community, Connection, and Co-Regulation.

The community is an amazing way to receive support through a bundle of New Moon & Full Moon Breathwork & Sacred Somatics sessions, 2 Nervous System Expansion courses, plus other guided practice support & opportunities alongside a soulful community of those on the path to Nervous System Healing and Embodiment to amplify your journey.

We are now welcoming new members to join our 6-month spiral that goes from January-June 2024.

Our 2024 Opening Circle takes place on January 24th @ 6:30-8pm CST (Chicago), and community registration will remain open through January 31st.
