Movement – Expression- Reverence
This event, created by Chelsea Amber, will be a blend of ceremony, light guided movement, and free-form dance medicine to some downtempo-esque beats. The pace is slower… inviting us to drop into presence with every delicious movement.
This month Chelsea will be off studying movement and galavanting in Australia so Wren Lafeet will be holding it down! He will be spinning our downtempo set and leading our movement warm-up. You can learn more about Wren by visiting https://dancecocrea.com.
We’ll start at 7 pm for cacao and our opening circle, then transition into guided movement before our dance. We will conclude evening with a sound healing and closing circle.

About the Cacao:
Cacao is a delicious, heart-opening medicine stemming from Mayan traditions. Drinking cacao in ceremony where one is invited to connect with the spirit of cacao and invite it into the heart space can bring profound healing experiences, especially when combined with movement such as dance.
